Terms of Service · Effective September 15, 2026
By using TempRoute, you agree to use the service lawfully, in good faith, and without disrupting others. If you do not agree to these terms, stop using the service.
You must meet the minimum age required where you live and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
Addresses expire, and delivery may be affected by senders, networks, and security policies.
Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, infringement, or bypassing platform security measures.
TempRoute provides registration-free temporary inboxes and a long-term forwarding dashboard accessed with an email verification code. You must provide an email address you are authorized to use and protect your session tokens, verification codes, and authenticator keys.
Actions taken through your session are considered initiated by you unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access. If you discover a risk, end the session, secure your email account, and contact the support team.
The service is intended for lawful short-term verification, offer registrations, download receipts, inbox testing, and separating public contact addresses. The list below illustrates common boundaries and does not limit any other obligations required by law.
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that any email will arrive, arrive within a particular timeframe, or be stored permanently. Sender restrictions on temporary domains, network delays, attachment limits, spam rules, and maintenance may affect delivery.
Temporary inboxes are valid for three hours by default; any extension feature is subject to service availability at the time. Long-term forwarding archives are retained for up to 30 days and should not be used as your only backup, official records repository, or recovery channel for important accounts.
| Feature | What it provides | What we do not promise |
|---|---|---|
| Temporary inbox | Create, refresh, read, extend, and replace addresses | Permanent availability or acceptance by every sender |
| Forwarding alias | Independently enable or disable a public entry point | A replacement for contractual notices or critical account email |
| Delivery records | Short-term status and message-body checks | Long-term archiving, audit evidence, or disaster recovery |
| Security features | Verification codes and optional authenticator confirmation | Elimination of every account and network risk |
Email content is supplied by senders or users, who are responsible for it. You must not use TempRoute to store or distribute content you are not authorized to handle, remove rights notices, or misrepresent the source of content.
TempRoute’s brand, interface, code, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may provide feedback to us; unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may use it to improve the service without disclosing your confidential information.
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, and guaranteed email recovery.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from expired addresses, delayed email, third-party actions, misuse by users, or events beyond our control. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable mandatory law.
If your use creates a security risk or violates the law or these terms, we may limit requests, disable aliases, delete related content, or suspend access. Urgent security incidents may not receive advance notice, but we will provide an appeal or contact channel where reasonably possible.
You may stop using a temporary inbox, or end your use by deleting aliases and signing out of the dashboard. Updates to these terms will appear on this page with a new date; continuing to use the service after material changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Before running bulk tests or using the service for a special purpose, you can contact the support team first.
